משמעות השם מיטאקי ביפנית הינו "פטריה מרקדת".

מיטאקי הינה פטריית מאכל רב-שנתית, אך בבגרותה בשרה הופך קשיח מדי לאכילה.

מוצאה בצפון-מזרח יפן וצפון אמריקה.

פוליסכרידים (b-glucans), סטרולים, חומצות אורגניות (octadecanoic acid, octadecadienoic acid), פוספוליפידים (phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylserine, phosphatidic acid).

 

התוויות

סרטן, סוכרת, עודף שומנים בדם, לחץ דם גבוה, דלקות כבד, תמיכה בירידה במשקל.

 

מינונים

תמצית נוזלית בריכוז 1:3, 45% אלכוהול – 5-15 מ"ל ביום.

תמצית יבשה מתוקננת בריכוז 30% פוליסכרידים – 200-600 מ"ג ביום.

מרתח – 3-9 גרם ביום.

בפורמולה – 20%-30%.
